Перекладаю:

1.After pass the exams I will go to the cinema   після здати екзамен я піду до театру.

2. If my TV-set out of order I will buy a new one    якщо мій телевізор виходити з ладу я куплю новий. Тут все просто: to be out of order      - He is out of order (..підстав собі ill)

перше речення випадок важчий. Отже треба щось міняти. В українській мові треба сказати "здавши екзамен"- тобто вжити дієприслівниковий зворот. Або можна сказати: "після того як я здам екзамен."

Здавши екзамен буде: after passing!!!!!!!!  А простіше написати: After l pass the exams/......
