При передачі загальних запитань у непрямій мові використовується прямий поря-док слів (як у розповідному реченні). Непряме запитання приєднується до головного
речення за допомогою іf або whether.
Не asks: “Іs thіs your book?” – He asks іf thіs іs my book.
Не asked: “Іs thіs your book?” – He asked whether that was my book


 Окрім того, при перетворенні з прямої мови в непряму діє правило узгодження часів!!!!

Present Simple She said, ’I like music’ ----- Past Simple She said she liked music
Present Continuous She said, ’It’s raining’ ------ Past Continuou She said it was raining
She said, ’I’ll be late.’  -------   She said she would be late.
Це типу, як по-українськи: Вона сказала"Іде дощ" - Вона сказала, що ішов дощ.
